Guacamole

Recipe:
  • two avocados
  • one mango (you won't need the whole one. unless you're crazy for mango. then go for it)
  • garlic powder
  • fresh lemon
  • fresh lime
  • fresh tomato
  • fresh onion
  • salt
  • cilantro
1. Empty the avocados in a bowl; mash them up a bit.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
3. Add about 2 teaspoons of garlic powder.
4. Add one teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice (again, add as much as you like depending on your tastes--I like my guacamole a bit sour.)
5. Add as much cilantro as you feel needed; it is not necessary, however.
6. Cut up about 1/4th of a tomato into diced pieces. Do the same with the onion and mango. Add them all at the same time. Really, add as much as you like, depending on your tastes. Be creative... improvise.
7. Stir everything together until it looks guacamole-ish, not just a bunch of hard ingredients strung together.
 Voila! Guacamole.
